Job Analysis

We capture the job tasks and requirements in a job description as this will assist us in knowing the objectives of the search. Starting recruitment with an accurate job analysis and job description insures the recruitment starts off on a proper track for success.

Sourcing

This process involves sourcing the right candidates from various resources such as the job portals, internet, LinkedIn, headhunting, references, campus recruitment etc.

Turn Around Time (TAT)

We maintain the TAT and always provide first lot of relevant resumes within 24 working hours of getting the job requirement from the client and share the next lot of resumes within next 24 working hours. We are using various ways to reduce the TAT in the recruitment process by using various ways like using Customized email templates which enables the team to promptly share the information with the candidates and the hiring managers, checking the availability of the candidates while sharing the resumes which helps in reducing the interview scheduling time, asking for the pay slips and other related documents during final round etc thereby saving the time of both the candidates and hiring managers.

Screening and Selection

Suitability of the candidates is normally assessed by evaluating their skills, knowledge and relevant experience. Qualifications are assessed using our most advanced recruitment system applications, job applications and telephonic interviews. Our candidate screening methodology is based on matching client’s briefing, job description and other details, such as the length of the service, job titles and the period of time spent in the same job.

Post hiring Review

We always do post-hiring reviews with the candidates and the reporting managers and HR team to check the post joining feedback. This process helps us in checking the quality and hence productivity of work and efforts done by our team in rendering the recruitment services
